With a focus on branding and package design, I am an independent designer based in New York City, with experience in strategic design and design management, and a clear understanding of the impact of design in brand identity and growth.

Previous training and professional experience in the fields of Marketing and Market Research provide a valuable addition to my education in Communications Design and professional experience as a Designer. This combination sets the platform for the way I approach projects, beginning with the understanding of the brand strategy, followed by the development of clear concepts that resonate with the target audience, and the execution of meaningful design aesthetics. I believe in the importance of design as a process and its translation into purposeful design solutions.

I earned a master's degree in Communications Design from Pratt Institute in New York City, with a major in Package Design.

As a professional, I have had the opportunity to work on projects in different industries, including consumer-packaged goods, fashion, gift and home décor, and non-profit organizations, and understand the importance of working successfully with cross-functional partners in different stages of every project.

Before attending Pratt, I spent a year at the International Center of Photography (ICP), also in New York City, where I obtained a certificate in General Studies in Photography. I bring my passion for photography to my everyday life, and understand it from an artistic and technical perspective.

I also hold a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, with a Management Major, from Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, Venezuela.
